What's new in Elevent

We've added the ability to request and collect round-up donations in the new Box Office in addition to online.

Set up is the same as enabling a donation for round-up online--in the Donation in Back Office, you simply set Round Up Eligible to Yes

In all future box office transactions, just before finalizing the purchase, agents will have the option to check a box and offer a round-up micro-donation.

Not only does this add a small amount of donations to your cause, but it's a creative and easy way to go cashless at the point of sale.

You can now see the exact date and time a pass, ticket package, or ticket was scanned or checked-in at each point of entry.

You'll get this data from the Transaction Export of Entry data.

It is now possible to specify a Renewal URL on the Membership Expiration Notice email template. This gives you the ability to direct expiring members to a page on your own website rather than to your membership page on goelevent.com

To set, go to Account, then Email Templates. Choose the Membership Expiration Notice.

This is the email that is sent to expiring members who are not set up for auto-renewal. Set the URL to the membership renewal page on your website.

Once that's done, the link user's click on to renew will go to the link you specified.

Showing Off Updates From the Dashboard

Big news today, we're starting a public changelog so you're always up to date with all the updates, improvements, and fixes that are made in Elevent.

Even though we work on Elevent all the time, sometimes it may seem that not much is happening. This changelog is here to improve that very important part of the communication between you and us.

You'll always receive an update when we change something in the widget, or if needed all things we've changed are available on our changelog page.
